Eco-Chic Centerpieces

In my opinion trying to decide what to use as a centerpiece can be one of the most challenging tasks as a eco-conscious bride. You want something chic and classy but also something that doesn't create unnecessary waste and harm the environment.  I always try to avoid using an abundance of cut flowers as I think there are other creative displays which can have a similar effect. I was looking at Martha Stewart Weddings today and found some images which I felt truly captured this.  Enjoy!
